Preparing for your baby’s arrival can feel exciting, overwhelming and everything in between. You don’t need to feel calm about birth already, or have every decision worked out, to begin.
At North Shore Hypnobirthing, we teach the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program through group classes in Killara and private courses in person or live online. Led by experienced doulas and hypnobirthing educators Samantha Gunn and Lauren Balsillie, our classes bring together practical birth knowledge, breathing and relaxation techniques, and tools to help you make informed decisions.
You’ll explore what to expect during labour and birth, practise ways to feel more grounded, and help your birth partner understand how to support you. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth centre or homebirth, our approach supports you to prepare with confidence while staying flexible as your birth unfolds.
